Notice: These terms govern all hardware acquisitions and service deployments. By continuing to use this platform, you agree to our structural governance policies.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and utilizing the HarmonyTech digital ecosystem, hardware catalog, and associated engineering services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HarmonyTech. If you do not align with any technical or legal provision herein, you must immediately terminate use of our services.

2. Operational Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (proprietary information, software, or hardware documentation) on HarmonyTech's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Modifying, duplicating, or reverse-engineering platform source code.
  • Utilizing materials for unauthorized commercial syndication.
  • Removing proprietary copyright notations or brand identifiers.
  • Mirroring data arrays on external server clusters.

3. Product Specifications & Pricing

While we strive for absolute technical accuracy, HarmonyTech does not warrant that product descriptions, real-time pricing, or inventory availability metrics are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to modify pricing structures, hardware specifications, and catalog indexing at any time without prior notification to the user base.

4. Return & Refund Protocol

HarmonyTech operates a strict 30-day satisfaction window. Items must be returned in original factory condition with all seals, packaging, and modules intact. Users are responsible for logistics costs associated with returns unless a structural hardware defect is verified by our engineering desk via a support ticket.

5. User Account Integrity

Upon initializing a HarmonyTech account, you agree to supply verified, accurate telemetry data. You are solely responsible for the cryptographic security of your access credentials. HarmonyTech reserves the right to terminate accounts that exhibit fraudulent patterns, unauthorized system probes, or violations of local digital safety regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HarmonyTech or its engineering partners be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • System downtime or inability to access cloud services.
  • Unauthorized alteration of user transmissions or data packets.
  • Errors, bugs, or viruses transmitted via third-party integrations.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HarmonyTech maintains its primary operations (Cameroon). Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts within that territory.
